IT'S OFFICIAL. GRADUATES LOVE US!

On 5 January 2023, The Graduates’ Choice Award (GCA) announced the nation’s 2023 Graduates’ Choice of Employers. The event at Sunway Resorts Hotel featured 140 top employers in Malaysia, and Setel is one of the top 10 winners for Fintech! 

Amongst the other winners from the same category are Touch ‘n Go, Shopee, and Lazada. The winners of GCA 2023 were voted by over 23,000 Malaysian undergraduates from more than 100 private and public universities nationwide.

As a relatively new company, to be recognised for our dedication and efforts towards our employees, especially by the younger generations, is an honour. 

Other than developing products for the markets, Setel also strives to develop the ideal working environment. Because at Setel, we believe that happy employees are the best employees. 

As the great Buya Hamka once said, ‘kalau kerja sekadar kerja, kerbau di sawah juga bekerja’ which means if you work without love and purpose, you are no different from the buffaloes. Hence, nothing is more important to us than having employees who have Setel at heart and love what they do.
