SOLUTION
Enhance the copy by making it casual yet alarming enough to grab the users' attention and invoke necessary action.

This content card had a low conversion rate, most likely because it was mistaken as a disclaimer.
SOLUTION
Make the copy more enticing by inviting users to be part of a big change through one small act - track their carbon footprint through the app.

30-DAY WEBSITE UPDATE CHALLENGE
PROBLEM
The website was outdated. There was no way it can be presented to the investors and Board of Directors during a big conference that was scheduled to happen in about a month.
SOLUTION
Within (less than) a month, the Head of Product, Product Managers, Product Designers, and UX Writers worked together around the clock to give the Setel website a fresh, friendly, and functional facelift.

As a Cardless PETRONAS SmartPay service provider, we need to inform the fleet manager of their account and payment status to ensure uninterrupted services.
SOLUTION
Since the users are corporate fleet managers, the best way to keep them updated is via email. The emails need to be concise yet comprehensive, and contain just enough information on their payment status.
